In the pursuit of fairness to all interested parties, we are unable to vary from our stated application process or qualification criteria.

• We can hold homes for up to 3 weeks.  If your expected move-in date is not within that time-frame, please check back.
• Some dogs are allowed up to 45-pounds.  There is a $250 per pet non-refundable deposit in addition to a monthly $25 pet fee.  
• Cats are not allowed.
• Service animals are always allowed.
• Household income must be at least 3x the rent.
• The credit report must reflect an on-time payment history for the last 2 years.
• No evictions filed.
• No criminal record.
• A minimum FICO credit score of 540 is required.

• Confirm that you are ready to apply and pay the $10 Application Fee. A separate application and fee must be completed by every tenant 18 years of age or older. 
• Once you pay the Application Fee, we will email you a link to complete the application online.  Once it is completed, we will contact you to schedule a tour of the property you are interested in.
• If you decide that you are interested in leasing the property after the in person tour, we will invite you to share your credit report with us.  The cost of the credit report is $30.
